Alexandria C Paris
She is 25 years old. In her words: ” I am mentally broken, and I have PCOS, so I weigh a lot even though I do a lot to lose weight.” Her 4-year-old daughter is her only child, and probably her miracle. She has been trying for a second child for 2 years with no luck. She has been with the same man her whole life. In every way possible. He is her first everything. She hopes he will be her last everything too. She has a CP in early childcare. She has only had 4 jobs. At a daycare, a store, and Mcdonald’s. She likes being a stay-at-home mom. She listens to music, watches tv, and does mom and wife duties. She loves to go places, though she never has the money to. She hates driving and doesn’t have a license. She is deathly afraid to be the driver but loves riding along. She puts
everyone before her, even if it hurts her long-term. She has a mom of 47, and a half-brother of 26 though he is whole to her. She doesn’t have much family. Her father is not in her life. Her mom was everything to her. Her aunt was her second mom. She loves those she has. She is grateful for everything God has given her. She lives for her family!
Ajeet – Who or what inspired you to write this book?
Alexandria C Paris (Author) – I believe in many things because I am open to many views. I love to think about how we perceive God. Was he the creator of the world? Was he an advanced race that we could not understand, and made our God? Was he even a he? Is Lucifer actually evil? Or was he misunderstood? Do heaven and hell exist or was it something created to get humans to obey? Was Eve actually the first woman or was Lilith? We have no proof of anything other than a book written by a man. It has already been proven that man has erased books from existence because they disagreed with what was written. What if there is a truth out there we do not know because it was lost to mankind? I overthink and love to hear theories about everything. This is a fiction book based on the bible. No, I have not read it, but I read bits and pieces and research what I need to know.
Ajeet – What can you tell us about your book?
Alexandria C Paris (Author) – It is an adventure book. It tells the story of Lilith and Lucifer’s daughter. It tells how she became the person she is. She must overcome problems, learn about her true self, and decide who she trusts more… Her father or God? This is a series of books. There will be four or five books. However, I will only write the next book if the book sells well. No point in writing more books if the one beforehand doesn’t sell right?
Ajeet – What Genre is your book and why did you make that choice?
Alexandria C Paris (Author) – They are actually different ones. The first one is an adventure. The second one will be a mystery. The third one will be about romance. The fourth is a thriller, and if I decide to not make the fourth and five combined, the fifth will be about war. However, in the end, it is a series of young adult books for people who want to read about adventure, suspense, mystery, horror, and more! Why have just one genre when you can have them all right?!
Ajeet – How long did it take for you to complete this book?
Alexandria C Paris (Author) – The book Layla took 21 days to write. It took this long because I would not write more than 2k- 4k words a day. I won’t say I couldn’t have, but it is exhausting to do more, and this is just a hobby.
Ajeet – What was the most difficult part while writing this book?
Alexandria C Paris (Author)– I won’t lie, I kept getting stuck. I had so many ideas on how to go with the story… It actually took my husband and friend to read what I had written. We had bounced ideas off each other. It helped to have a man’s and women’s thoughts on it. In the end, it was my choice what I wrote. Sometimes their ideas would give me brand new, and better ones.
Ajeet – How did you come up with the title of this book?
Alexandria C Paris (Author) – I make up random names. Layla just happened to be the winner.
Ajeet – How do you deal with negative reviews on your book review?
Alexandria C Paris (Author) – I’ve sold about 35 books, and the people who did give me reviews actually know me in person. They are acquaintances, ex-coworkers, or friends and family. They all gave me the same review you could say. Most said how could I stay so true to my story? I’ve been told more than once that in most books they have read, the author would do stuff that was off, or not like the main character, or the story just seems to go everywhere. Of course, I thought this was normal. I can honestly say that the only bad reviews I got were about my spelling and past tenses bothering them or distracting them when they read. That is why I had Eminent Tech Developer Pvt. Ltd. Company services to fix this through editing. I want my readers to read with no problems. I want them to fall into the story as if they were there themselves.
Ajeet – When did you start writing?
Alexandria C Paris (Author) – I started writing at the age of 12 or 13 years old. I must say though, that my very first book was a group project. I wanted to have all my friends in a book I had written. I wanted a world where we all could be anything we wanted. I asked all my friends what they wanted to be, and what power they wanted. As long as it was a fantasy, it was aloud. I was a wolf, my best friend at the time a dragon, there was a ninja bunny, a fairy, and more. I enjoyed writing it so much! Getting to make my friends’ wishes and ideas come to life! It was amazing. I had over 100 pages of paper written on the back and front. I decided then that I love writing, and being able to see people’s faces. I love that I could create a world they could enter. I love when they come to me, wanting another book. I was always my happiest doing anything in art subjects. As I got older, my teacher would look at anything I drew or made, or written. They would always tell me I have talent. My art teacher would inter me into contests, of course, I was always top ten and never won. I was just happy other people saw my work.
Ajeet–How many books have you written?
Alexandria C Paris (Author) – I have written 8 books since I started writing.
1) The school of fantasy
2) 13 underwater
3) Out of body
4) Demon love
5) What lies beneath
All 5 of these were destroyed in a house fire when I was 16 years old. I did not think to back them up on a computer, and I honestly do not remember what I wrote, so they are lost forever. After the house fire, I lost the desire to write anymore. I just started writing again at the age of 24. I need the money now, and I am a stay-at-home mom so I have the time. Sadly I suffer from depression, so I tend to lose my jobs. I have had four so far, and because of how low on life I would get, I would be fired. My husband has been with me since the age of 15. He married me at the age of 24. We have a 4-year-old daughter who I had at 20. He works hard for everything we have. I hope that my books will become famous, and I will be able to make enough money to support my family so he can take a break from working if he desires. He is only 26 years old and has worked since he was 17, never complaining once. He is my life, though second to my daughter of course. I just want to give him everything I can because he does for me and our daughter.

Ajeet – One wish you want to fulfill before you die?
Alexandria C Paris (Author) – I want to be able to visit the world. I want to see everything. I want to go everywhere. But only if my family can come too. I want to be famous. I want to make people who read my book, get an escape from the harshness of reality. I just want happiness in even the smallest of things. I want joy before I die.
